Sky had problems last night, but I still can't get the mini-box to work (says there is no connection). Main box is fine with Status showing good on everything.

Have you tried rebooting the main box too?

The box has not been working for two days. I have switched it off and on a number of times and changed the batteries on the remote but still not working.
