My mini box has started to lose connectivity but not all the time. If we switch it off for a few hours it will work fine for a short time but then drop out. Our other problem is with our recordings or rewinding live TV.It will suddenly refuse to stop rewinding or fastforwarding.
We think our box is faulty but cannot work out how to contact Sky to get a new one.
Can anyone point us in the right direction? We are not tech savvy

@Kazza6 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
to sole the problems you are having with the main box then
reboot the mini box to see if that sorts out the problem with the mini box
You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find a phone number. If you are in ROI please change the flag at the bottom right to the ROI flag
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

We are not having any problems with the main box, just one of the mini boxes.
