Mini box not connecting

We are in an old farm house where the walls are 3ft thick. The main sky box is on one side of the wall with the mini the other side, about 12ft walking distance between them but for love nor money they won't connect. Been on the phone to sky and because we don't have sky broadband they can't do anything is this correct?!

Hi @CraigP87 

They should able to supply you with a Q WiFi booster to locate between your Q box and mini.   Don't know if this would help.

They are obliged to supply Q WiFi boosters to aid connectivity.
