Mini box keeps freezing and says lost connection

Mini box keeps freezing or stopping completely saying there's a problem with connection to the main box. This has been happening a while now and super frustrating. I have spoken to an agent who did a scan to reconnect both mini boxes but it soon became an issue again. I have excellent Wi-Fi in the house.

Hi @pwatters Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
