Mini box connection problem

We had a power cut and since the power came back on i can't get the mini box to work.

the red light comes on and that's it.

I have pressed the reset button but to no avail.

can anyone help

Hi @6charlie0 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the mini remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
