I have 3 mini boxes that don't seem to be connecting to the main sky Q box. It's been down for 3 days now. It started when main box didn't work but that seems to be working now and the mini boxes don't connect and have tried switching everything off and rebooting many times but doesn't work

Hi @Jonnyhecht1
Try carrying out a Network reset on the Nearest mini to your Q Box. If on Sky Broadband and the router is nearer to the mini than the Q box box start with this mini.
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box.
If you can get a successful connection on the mini then carry out the Network reset on each other mini working away from the Q box and router.
Always use WPS on the nearest connected Q device. (Q booster, mini, main Q box or Q router)
