Moved house, and half our set up hasn't been installed

We recently moved house.

 

The engineer came and installed our dish and main box but said they'd come back to install the other one on our main telly in the lounge but never returned.

 

It's been 2 months now and we're still paying for our second box.

 

How can I book a revisit. The bot doesn't understand our issues so going round in circles.
