I have Sky Q main box in living room and 2 mini boxes one in bedroom and one in sunroom. Have been having problems with both mini boxes for quite some time losing connection constantly and have to reset. I thought it was the internet connection the whole time we were with virgin, we have just had EE broadband installed and the main box is connecting fine but connection on both mini boxes losing connection constantly. I now don't think it's the broadband at all as all other devices working and main box working. Could both the mini boxes be faulty? They are quite old if so do sky send out new ones?

Hi @Boyceman Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

@Boyceman as Sky does not provide your broadband then the mini boxes dont connect to your main box by your internet they connect by way of a\ mesh generated by the main box if @Quoman7 suggestion doesnt help it maybe that the mini boxes are slightly to far from the main box and you may need to contact Sky for a booster or 2
