My Sky Q mini box won’t get past stage 2 of 4 when the amber light is flashing. My main box is w
When I get to stage 2 of the process to reconnect my sky Q mini box, where the amber light is flashing, I can't move in to stage 3. My internet connection is good and my main Sky Box is working perfectly

Hi @Alexandra120 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

@Alexandra120 when your mini box has the flashing amber light are you then going to your nearest piece of Q equipment ie main box, router (if Sky is your ISP) or another mini box and pressing the WPS button on that piece of equipment as well
