Assuming you're not subject to a minimum term (where you cannot cancel) you can cancel with 14/31 days notice according to the product.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I'm having this problem.

 

Sky support on the phone have said they can't see a problem and want to send an engineer, but from the forum looks like that does not work.

 

Can you escalate this to the same person you did previously please?

 

I have tried all troubleshooting steps in the forum.

I have the same problem and have tried all the suggestions without any luck. I don't really want to spend ages on the phone explaining the situation and being told to reboot everything when I've already spent the last two hours doing that.

 

Would you be able to escalate this for a private chat with the Community Messaging team.

My issue with this has finally been sorted.

 

Originally I spoke to someone at Sky who sent an engineer out which was pointless as he tried rebooting them and giving me a new card but this didn't resolve the issue.

 

So he told me to ring again and ask for the multi room subscription to be cancelled and then reinstated. 

 

This resolved the issue immediately.  .
