My Sky Q Booster mini box has no connection. I paid for my own TV engineer to come out yesterday who put in an aerial for me so we can watch the TV on Free view. He also connected the new hub box that was sent a while ago but was unable to get the mini box ( which is for a different room). He went through all the prompts on screen and still not connected and he thinks we need a new Mini Booster Box.

Has there been some kind of software update because over the last few days my sky mini box will not connect or connection constantly drops out in the evening.
i am unable to use my sky mini box
