Mini Box Error "Cannot Watch TV"

I have a Sky Q box and two mini boxes . The Sky Q box workes fine, but the miniboxes both have black screens for "live shows" with message "You cant watch TV at the monent as there is a connectivity problem. But miniboxes have status ticks for connection to sky q box and connection to internet. Other services such as netflix are available on the minis. 

My main tv is on one of the minis and the tv connected to the main box is normally off.

 

Internet is Starlink and is good throughout the house on wireless.

@RussellAlford Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

reboot your mini box

As you have a third party internet provider your minis need to connect to your main box by way of the mesh the main box emits

So on the minibox setup connected to Sky Q box means a wifi cionnection to the main box inbuilt router. Then network connection is to the internet router via wifi.  

So my "Cannot watch TV" is due to which connection. The status message on the mini has buth connections checked.

 

Another question. The ethernet socket on the main box is that for the Sky router or to connect the main box to the internet.  Same question for the mini box.

 

I have changed the standby mode to various setting on both my main and mini boxes staying away from the eco setting. I have power cycled all of the boxes sometime this works sometimes not.

 

Also the fault goes away all by itself.

 

 

Should I hard wire each box ethernet to a common switch ?
