Binned Bt & had new sky installed (full fiber max). Main box working ok but none of my four mini boxes working. They are connected but getting error message along the lines of "check your subscription to watch this channel or if first time wait a few minutes". It's now been three hours.
rebooted everything including the hard drive (lost all er indoors recordings 😖), checked all software up to date still not working, will cancel in cooling off period if not sorted, it shouldn't be this difficult, been up and down the wooden hill between boxes more times than I care to remember today!
Please can someone help me before I get slung out and locks changed.
