Message saying television will turn off

After about 4 hours we get a message saying the television will turn off in five minutes, before we had Sky Q we could press any key on the remote and it would keep television on, now when I press ANY key on the new remote it will still turn off ?

@Timmy7  Sounds like your using the Sky Q remote, you'll need to use the TV's remote to clear that message.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As it is your TV generating this you need to use a key that the TV will recognise - assuming your SKY remote is paired OK you can do what I do and briefly press the Volume up or down key

If you've correctly paired your remote to your TV a volume up/down might clear the message and prevent a timed standby.

(Or you might be able to change/remove the option on the TV itself)
