Message saying problem with network connection

Message on tv since yesterday saying problem with network connection. Followed instructions on  tv, reset router twice, switched off tv and Sky Q box twice. Satellite signal good and 4 green lights on router. Tablet and phone can connect to internet

Thank you. Managed to get network connection problem solved by myself. Sky HelpDesk no help at all as I could neither hear nor understand the person on the phone!
