Message in tv

This morning my tv is displaying the message "To continue viewing please call sky" My bill isnt due until the 26th December and is taken by DD. Im concerned my tv will be turned off!

@Emma_C  You'll need to do as instructed and call Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
