Max hub connection

I recently got upgraded (lol) to max hub because I had range issues. I now have no WiFi or sky Q. I have waited 6 weeks and had 3 engineers. Every time they fix it but after they leave It goes back to the same old problem. I have spent nearly 8 hours on the phone to every department in the they team and still no WiFi or tv. I even got cut off on purpose after 1.5hours and he didn't even log notes to my account because he couldn't help. I now have to wait another 2 weeks , for the 3th time, for an engineer. I give up, I'm going to cancel but don't know who I should've to, any suggestions?
