Match choice not working

After selecting "Match Choice" the "Loading circle" starts but stops at roughly the 10-15 minutes past position and freezes.

I've tried the standard pull the mains plug and restart and also going to apps/sport pages to choose my match with the same result.

This issue began when the matches started being  shown on Sky Sports+ CH 404
