Main sky Q box only playing helpful hints pages

My main sky Q box is only playing g the helpful hints pages and I'm unable to come out of it in anyway?

Have you tried to reset your SkyQ box?

Just turn off the power, leave it for at least 30 seconds, turn back on and follow the on screen instructions.
