The main box is not connecting with the mini box, the blue q has disappeared and not lighting up. The second tv just keeps saying no signal.

Hi @Sayema Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with the Mini box?

@Sayema are you sure that the second TV is on the correct HDMI input with the mini box turned on and showing the green light try using your TV remote and going through your HDMI inputs by pressing the source button on your TV remote
