Hi @CHin3 Try rebooting your Mini box  by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

@CHin3 If I tremember correctly step 2 is asking you to press the WPS button are you going to your nearest piece of Sky Q equipment ie main box, another mini box or if your broadband is through Sky then the router and pressing the WPS button on one of these ?
