Main SKY q box is working but recordings are not available. 2mini boxes say no satellite signal and can't view anything.

Can you make any new recordings as it looks like you have a hard drive issue.

No can't make any new recordings; On demand is also not working; says due to a technical issue unable to make recordings.

Have you tried rebooting your Q box @Duncan32
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

I have rebooted a number of times to no avail. Have reset main box and this seems to have worked, but lost all recordings.

My Sky box is currently not working. This has been goi g on for the last Two months. I am currently paying for services I am not in receipt of. Cost of living is high I can afford this much longer. I have had sky for 17 years and can't afford to be paying for no show. I would like to end the sky package.
I will keep the broadband but that's is it.
