MY SKY Q Box won't switch on

My sky q box has been stuck on "You will be ready to go in a couple of minutes" for the past 5 hours. I have tried following the advice about pressing the standby button when I power it back on but I don't know where the standby button is on the box. There is the Blue Q light in the middle which brightens and dims and a tiny red light about 2 1/2 inches to the right of it . where is the standby button on the box?

The only button there is, with the green/amber/red status light in the middle of it

Oh! Thanks lets hope my fat finger doesn't block out my ability to see the light changing.
