MTV not working

All my channels on sky are working, but when I try to watch MTV it states no satalite connection! Turned everything off, reset Q box but this has not resolved the issue. Any ideas please?

Are you having problems with channels on the same transponder, including Comedy Central HD, Comedy Central Extra, and the MTV 80s and 90s music channels?
