Loyalty

Sky finally rang me.I got the impression Iwas been fobbed off. Been with sky 24 years but it seems they don't care,  I am leaving on the 1 June. So disappointed in them that they don't try to keep there loyal customers been treated appalling.

Nothing appalling. It's normal practice that better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join.

 

If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and be able to return to Sky as a new customer.
