Lost recordings

All our recordings are missing. Simple message saying there are no recordings when they were there the night before last.

@Colin832 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

I have but not sure I did it for 30 seconds. Going to give the reboot another go.
