Q box stutter

Happens regularly. Q box rebooted. Works for a bit then starts again. No issue with wifi speeds as have FTTP. Any new ideas as last resolutions are quite old now.

Q is a decade old: there are no new ideas regarding it.

 

Previous suggestions of ethernet cable, Powerline networking or booster hardware still apply, or a hardware swap-out.

Is this live TV? If so wifi speed has nothing to do with it.
