Lost channels

I've been gradually losing access to some channels in the past week. First it was 101 BBC1 HD, now 105 Channel 5HD and some others. I've tried resetting the box and have checked everything on the help page. Nothing has changed re dish clearance or set up and account is still the same as ever. Any ideas what's going on?

Re: Lost channels

This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal.

I've tried everything suggested but nothing works

Hi @Rigchick1

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

Re: Lost channels

Thanks for trying but as it's only a small number of channels lost and a private dish, none of that really helps. Think I'll be on hold on Monday trying to find a solution

Hi @Rigchick1

If it is your own Dish then misalignment can affect just one or two channels.

You need a Sky Engineer to check.

@Rigchick1
A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.
