Losing the internet with Q regularly. Necessary to rebook each occasion but then loses again

The Q box loses contact with internet regularly and is necessary to shut off electric supply, leave a minute and then reboot. This then reboots OK but then loses again within an hour or so.

1- all actions have been checked on consistent internet which is 

2- TV works satisfactorily.

The Q box is some years old perhaps around 2015 ?

The Q television platform was released in early 2016, with the most recent main box model dating from late 2019.
