Over the last month or so I've noticed my signal on certain channels is far more susceptible to breaking up during the rain. Sometimes it doesn't even have to be raining directly overhead (although the weather at these times suggests it may be raining in neighbouring towns).
What may be causing this sudden susceptibility to the rain. I'm wondering if water has slowly found its way into the LNB wiring.

Yes, that will be my next step if it continues. Having said that it's not going to fix itself so I may as well make the call. I fear I'll be fobbed off with the usual reset the box, check the cables, do an update etc. I also seem to recall they don't do weekend call-outs, which is the only time I'm available.
