hi @Hande
Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

This is a customer helps customer forum. (Not a realtime chat to Sky)
If you want to speak to Sky then call them...
But for satellite reception issues follow this: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
Chances are you'll need an engineer to visit to check LNB/Alignment if you have your own dish.

Re: Loosing some channels
@Hande
It’s also worth noting that:
▪️ a misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels
▪️ a Sky Q box requires a periodic 'Keep alive' signal that is delivered via the satellite so if that isn’t received the box will close down until the satellite signal is restored.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging

Re: Loosing some channels
And also things like trees do block the signal when in full leaf, i had this problem a while back lost my satellite signal to my freesat box and had to get my satellite dish moved as the tree on the main road outside my was blocking the signal , it started with me just losing a few channels then i lost all of them, i only have a freesat box as a backup to my sky glass tv as because of the flats across the road from me i can't get freeview as the flats block that signal, hope this helps you somewhat
