Loosing connection

Every time I turn my tv on I have to reset the WiFi connection

Hi @Susie911 

Assume you are putting the Q box into Standby and not Turning it off at the mains?

Who is your Broadband supplier and exactly how are you resetting the WiFi connection?

My WiFi provider is Utility Warehouse. I've spoken to them a number of times and they have changed frequency etc .  I've now managed to speak to Sky and have an engineer coming to my property on Thursday so thanks - hopefully it will be sorted then!
