Channels lost

Hi I recently re done my sky package as it finished the contract but I seem to have some channels lost please advice thanks collette

@Xx5  You'll need to provide a lot more detail than you have for the forum to begin to help.

 

What changes did you make?  What channels have you lost as a result?  As we are customers we don't knwo what changes you've made or which channels you no longer have access to.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

By keeping the same package I've lost my main channel that I like watching the E channel please help how I get it back is there a way of retuning it

That channel stopped broadcasting on Sky/Virgin at the end of last year.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
