Hi, I am looking to re-join Sky Q. I switched companies in May 2023 as due to financial issues, i was unable to afford the Sky Q at the time as I wanted to add on Braodband. I have had my daughter look into the prices now and currently I have BT which is caused me nothing but bother since being installed. I was (still able to log into account so still might be) a platinum customer with Sky before I left. I would like someone to help how I go about doing this so my daughter can set up for me. I am a pensioner so technology isnt my strongest subject, I get my daughter to deal with it all.

Looks like you need to speak directly to Sky to try to see what deal you can get.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
