Locked out Netflix

Spoke to sky services they said someone had taken over my account. They said to speak to customer services and they would delete the app then re install so I could set up new details. This didn't happen, did not listen to my issue and kept giving me details on how to upgrade! And wouldn't transfer me to someone who would. Have called back but just can't seem to get through to anyone, so I'm trying on here. Please advise

I don't subscribe to Netflix but previous posts on here suggest you may have to contact Netflix.
