Legally-speaking, absolutely not.
Sky gets distinctly humorless about such things even where entry isn't charged.
You'd be jeopardising both the subscription holder and the venue, up to and including potential prosecution.

Do you mean the home that the Sky account is registered?

Using Sky hardware at the address registered on the Sky subscription account, yes (obviously unadvertised and not charging for admission)
At another domestic address using Sky Go (associated with the Sky account) from a laptop, also yes, provided that's not as any kind of event or service.

Re: Live Streeming of game at an Event
Basically check the detail in the T&Cs :
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-terms-and-conditions
(Select SKY Q & download the PDF)
Probably key Sections are 6.3 & Section 10.1.c but there may be others
Regarding section 10 - I guess it may come down to what point an excessive number of friends becomes 'the public'
As I say there may be other sections needing scrutiny
P.S. I haven't looked specifically but I don't think projectors are specifically mentioned - many people use (or used to use as I did before TVs got larger) projectors for Home cInema.

In the past, Sky specifically advertised the joys of inviting friends round to share a sofa.
I think now everyone is supposed to be in their own homes using Sky Glass with Sky Live to 'Watch Together' ; )
