Hi @Stephen2450 usually you will get  return boxes posted to your home address 

You will receive a list of items you have and most importantly a date they have to be returned by

The rule of thumb here is to return everything that came in the Sky Q box

1. SKY Q Box 2TB UHD (if you have this box)

2. Power Supply

3. SKY'S HDMI Cables

4.Remote Controls supplied with the box

5. Any Sky Q mini boxes return everything as above.
