Lip synch issues... Sky q

Sky q box... Hdmi to TV... Awful lip synch... Despite new cables... Software update and constant reset! Can anyone help?

Have you tried adjusting the audio delay on the Q settings if it's a constant delay (e.g. the picture processing on the TV).

It may also improve by turning off some of the video processing on the TV - particularly any motion interpolation etc.
