I bought a subscription to Disney plus direct on their app on my sky page. I got an email from sky but when I tried to verify I got the message "we can't do that at the moment".
Still the same today. I'm paying Disney but can't access the service because sky won't link me. Help please. And yes. I've done the reboot thing!

It's sky q. I think I have made a mistake by using a more up to date email address than the one we use for sky. I didn't realise that they perhaps needed to be the same. If that's the case, how do I go about aligning my sky account with the Disney plus one please?
