Linking discovery app

Hi I got a new Q box yesterday & I can't get my discover plus to sign in on the tv when I put the code in on my pad it says does not match also I can't get into paramount & on my iPad on the sky go app I can't get the tv guide to come up I've swept everything off at the mains for 3 min to reset this didn't help hope you can before I rip it all out & through it out the window with all the problems I've been having I'm fed up

@Debby66773  Can you confirm that your Sky Q is connected to the Internet?

Assume your first step was to subscribe to Discovery plus through Sky Marketplace?

Thanks everyone I rang sky today & the box needed updating ones I'd done that every thing worked
