Loss of programmes on older boxes on multiuser package

Was being charged twice but cancelled one. Now Sky HD not working

hi @Peter+B1000  Please can I just check have you upgraded a box to SKy Q (as you posted in the SKY Q group) or do you still only have SKY HD ?
