Channel 5

Ever since I've had my  new sky q box fitted I'm having problems with channel 5 it breaks down crackles and the picture you can't see it.Could you please advice how to stop this as some of my programs are on 5 Thank you

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

The dish is our own that was put up years ago by sky
