Legit number

Good morning,
I put an online order last night for a new sky remote. I had an email from yourselves saying it went through.
This morning, I have had a text to say that you could not process my request and to call a number which I have and spoke to someone. I am just wondering if it was a legit number.
This is the text I got:

Hi its Sky. We have received your request for a replacement Sky Q remote. Unfortunately we have not been able to process your request. If you still require a replacement [removed]. Thanks Sky.
Any help would be greatful.
Thanks,

Not us - this is customer-led help forum.

However, I believe the number is genuine but I would always get an 'official' number from Sky's website using the help option to navigate until you get a 'Need more help?' and can expand for a number.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @LiamAng

As noted by @PandJ2020

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Regarding your issue

Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

In the meantime if you have an Apple or Android device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.
See following link.
