Leaving sky

I have been a sky tv customer for over gate 23 years, but the prices have gone up so much that I am not getting value for money. Sky have been very negative to keep me so regrettable I have no choice but to leave. I don't think sky relise that you can what most of the channels on you tube and other formats. I will be saving over gate £100 a month.

Hi @colin8619   Apologies for my ignorance, but what is this "gate" you keep referring to?

Re: Leaving sky

I am also leaving Sky after 20 years of loyalty. Eurosport was the final straw. My bill would have been over £100 per month which is ludicrous.  As usual , when I said I was leaving , they offered to reduce the price for Eurosport- why do you have to complain to get any reduction?  I told them I was leaving but they tried all their usual patter to try amd keep me - but enough is enough! As a loyal customer any discount should be automatic. All that VIP rubbish is no good to me at 71 years old. In addition they have the nerve to say I have to return the box or be fined. I must have paid for that box a thousand times over I've a good mind to make them take me to court for it!!!! Sky have priced themselves out of the market and I hope others will protest by leaving. They don't deserve such loyalty. Shame on you Sky.

Then you would lose.

Read the section of the contract you agreed titled, "The agreement for the loan of Sky Q boxes"...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
