Does anyone know how to fix this without the painful experience of ringing Sky??
Anyone else had this?

This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal.
But makes no sense as everything else is working

Hi @Elaine1928
Afraid it looks like you need to contact Sky for an Engineer to check your dish.
Alternatively you could work through the following link and it should give you the option to book an engineer.

But how can the dish be faulty if only a few channels don't work and the rest are fine??

Sounds like it might be slightly out of alignment.

Hi @Elaine1928
Depending on the severity of Dish misalignment it's possible it will start by affecting just a few channels.
The link I posted will give you the option to book an engineer if you work through it.
