Keeps saying no connection and now not reading viewing card

My sky keeps coming up no connection, I have to remove the cable multiple times and turn the power completely off to get it working. Then yesterday I started getting error reading viewing card messages.

All sorted now thanks, my box wasn't turning on but it's fine now.

It looks like you missed the chat invitation - I've escalated this again, watch out for nlue chat bubble. If you don't respond inside 48 hours the help chat will be cancelled.

 

Or you could phone Sky via the My Sky app / Get Help and scroll down to get the number

150 works if you're on a Sky mobile or landline.
