Keep Business - enable sky go on smart tvs

Q is past its best but Sky aren't really delivering for customers any more. It USP is recording and being able to access content when you want and remotely too. 

Q also only streams 4K on the main device not the minis. You're pushing the pucks but there's no record feature so I don't get my content. 

so why not just enable Sky go on the smart tvs so we can see our own content in uHD. Configure some cloud recording capability job done. Don't up your game you lose your USP most of the content is available through other means. Your customer service sucks, self help trouble shooting content loops you in a mind numbing cycle of despair. Your analytics tools on the apps when the broadband fails don't cache so you're not tracking and fixing faults. Massive degrading service but someone will be getting bonus for 'efficiency' no doubt!

@skysabitpricy What your suggesting simply won't happen, there would be no commercial sense doing so after investing in developing Sky stream which is now Sky's prefered delivery method along with Sky Glass.
