Cube box not working

Sky cube box not working Green light on but cannot access TV guide. Tried vatteriws in remote and reboot Blue light only coming up on box for about  30 secs then disappears Checked lead to TV and to cube box and all seems ok.I also noticed when reboot the box is pretty much silent,normally it's quite noisy on a reboot.My sky Internet is working  just fine just for info.

@Powell2812 you say you have checked the HDMI lead but have you tried a new HDMI lead 

another thing to try is when the box is showing the green light try pressing the following on your remote 

press the home button followed by 1080 then the home button again 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Just got it to work My daughter plugged her Nintendo switch on and kept the hdmi lead out School girl error.Thanks for your help though,much appreciated.All good now and working just fine.
