Jurrasic Fibre

Hi, I have just had Jurrasic fibre installed and the connection to my new sky box is so slow. I have current speeds of over 700mpbs but the download speed on my box is so slow. Much slower that before when I had bt at under 50 mpbs. 
what's going on? Anyone else had this issue?

@Bugsy2023  Do you have Sky Stream?  as you've posted in the stream forum.
