Joined truespeed broadband and my sky Q mini boxes are not working. Truespeed said that sky need to change the settings and do a fix.

And Sky say Truespeed need to change the settings and do a fix. I presume it was working fine previously which would point the finger at Truespeed in the first instance...
Such issues are generally caused by the 3rd party router clashing with Q's network. I would first ensure your router has the latest firmware, ensure 2.4GHz is enabled and that the 5GHz channel avoids 36.

I'd think a network reset is appropriate, as the Truespeed router is probably using different DHCP settings to the previous ISP
Home - Settings - Setup - Network. Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side.
Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.

My sky Q box does not do on demand, catch up and all apps don't work truespeed have firewalls that can't be changed 🙁

@mandge Im with Truespeed and don't have any issues at all what Router are you using? If you've not got a Linksys, I suggest you ask Truespeed for one.
